Because our studio operates on direct conversation rather than algorithmic mass-commerce, we collect only information necessary to create your piece:
Contact Details: Your name, email address, WhatsApp number, and physical postal delivery address to send sketches, invoices, and your ceramic package.
Pet Reference Photographs: Images of your companion animal used by Ru as artistic visual references for hand-carving and mineral pigment portraiture.
Conversation Notes: Plant types, interior color preferences, or specific size requirements discussed during your commission consultation.

Use of Pet Photos & Portfolio Rights
We understand that pets are cherished family members. When you share pictures of your pet with us:
They are stored securely in our private studio archive solely for artistic carving reference. We will never use your original pet photographs on public social media, advertising campaigns, or third-party promotional materials without asking for and receiving your explicit written approval.
